Mongra Barrage
The development block center is located in Mongra village, about 10 km away from the Chilhati-Korchatola main road, from Ambagarh chowki. Mongra Barrage is famous for its panoramic view, natural beauty, garden surrounded by forested mountains all around. Where tourists from far and wide reach for picnic etc. on various occasions. Fish cage culture is being done in Mongra Barrage at a cost of Rs 02 crore 88 lakh, in which Rohu, Katla, Mrigal and Tilapia species of fish are being reared. Irrigation and drinking water is supplied to all the nearby villages through the water of the barrage.

By Air
The Swami Vivekananda Airport at Mana Raipur is used as the nearest major airport. Which is situated at a distance of about 140 km from Mongra Barrage.
By Train
Rajnandgaon is located at a distance of 60 km from the railway station. From where Mongra Barrage can be reached through buses, cars, motorcycles.
By Road
Motor cycle, car, bus are mainly used via road to reach Mongra Barrage. Buses only operate on Korchatola main road from A.Chowki, tourists reach village Manegra within 02 kms by their own means.
